Description:

The Las Margaritas Estate It has a fascinating history. Founded in 1977 by the union of several family members, Adolfo Guerra and Margarita Hernández , this farm is dedicated to the cultivation of bananas in the island of La Palma . Its agricultural legacy dates back to previous generations, and its specialization in the production of Canarian bananas has led to the export of more than 26 thousand tons annually to the peninsular and European market.

In it greenhouse of the farm, the 98% of production focuses on bananas, specifically the varieties Great Dwarf and Thick Palm Tree . Furthermore, a 2% of the farm is dedicated to other fruit trees such as papaya , the avocado , the mango and others. They also have a space called “EL CUARTITO” , which serves as a rest area, workshops, tastings, exhibition and store.
