Cancellation 48 hours in advance: If you decide to cancel your reservation with at least 48 hours in advance, we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid. We understand that unforeseen events can arise and we want to offer you maximum flexibility.

Cancellation 24 hours in advance: If you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance, we will refund 50% of the amount paid. This policy allows us to partially compensate for the costs we have already incurred in preparing your service.

Cancellation less than 24 hours: Unfortunately, if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booked service, we will not be able to offer any refund. This is because we will have already allocated resources and time to attend to your reservation.
